Construction begins for 3 new rental apartments on Government & Yates.

Closing it’s doors on July 31, 2019 Field’s Shoes ended an era of small town retail in Victoria at the historic Adelphi building.

Jordan Milne of GMC Projects purchased the three buildings on this corner for $3,000,000.

Plans call for three rental apartments — one each on the two upper levels of the Adelphi and another on the upper floor of the two-level 1306 Government St. building. The buildings do not currently have any residential tenants. The 2 existing commercial retail units are to remain.

The architect is Hillel Architecture.
